Any player who is found to have misrepresented their age or identity will have their account immediately closed. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. circkx Right to Modify: circkx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the player's rights under the claimed offer will generally be honoured, unless abuse is suspected.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity conducted on circkx is subject to the general rules set out in this section, in addition to any game-specific rules applicable to the particular product being used. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game or betting market before placing a wager.
Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on circkx are subject to the pre-match odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. Zero Tolerance: circkx operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Verified cases are reported to the relevant authorities. All accounts involved are permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request to close your circkx account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, circkx will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements. Pending withdrawals will be processed as normal before the account is closed.
Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion from within their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 1 month to permanent exclusion. Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. circkx will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address before implementing any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances are maintained and remain accessible upon reactivation following successful identity verification.
Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, all pending promotional offers, unclaimed bonuses, free spins, and tournament entries associated with the account will be cancelled without compensation.
